Here at Find My Staff we are currently recruiting for a permanent Project Supervisor for a well established client based in the Peterborough area.
The role will include
* Being primarily responsible for delivering and building projects in relation the fabrics of the building
* Work with Technical Services Manager, the Building Surveyors to identify and deliver operational solutions to site specific issues
* Overseeing the design, delivery and implementation associated with the fabrics of the building
* Update the PPMP and fitting approvals
* Create and maintain working relationships
* Manage a project reporting schedule, identifying all existing and planned projects
* Attend technical service meetings and provide input
* Clear communicational skills
What you will need
* Degree level or equivalent in a Technical related field
* RICS or a recognised equivalent
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of the build environmental industry
* Experience in the management of maintenance contracts
* Excellent IT Skills, With proficient skills in Microsoft Office
* Good Communication Skills
* Good Knowledge of Health & Safety
* Good People Management Skills
