My Client, an industry leader in specialised and innovative solutions for aviation’s most complex challenges is seeking a full-time UK CAA Part 66 Licenced, Category B1.1/B1.2/C Base Maintenance & Modifications Certifying Engineer to join our dedicated Capability Development Team in Doncaster. About the Role: This is permanent to lead a team of licenced and non-licenced personnel to conduct Base Maintenance activities, including Major & Minor Modifications on company Beech 200 & 300 Series aircraft, Piper PA31 aircraft, along with other aircraft types. The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Supervision of licenced and non-licensed personnel during Base Maintenance inputs and Modification Programmes. Certifying of fabricated parts and or modification of structural components on company Beech 200 and 300 Series aircraft, Piper PA31 aircraft and other company aircraft. Assisting with complex structural repairs either on or off aircraft. Conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures. Removal or installation of aircraft components as required. Support with mechanical or electrical removals and installations as needed. Perform and document work completed as per the appropriate manuals and regulations stipulate.
