Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Sales Administrator on a full time basis until the end December 2025, with a possibility of a permanent contract. Personality The ideal candidate will work in partnership with their portfolio of customers by providing exceptional service. You will maintain motivation and focus when under pressure and perseveres to achieve a result. If you possess strong attention to detail, take initiative and have the ability to manage multiple projects, this is the role for you! Reward Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (paid 37.5 hours)

Job Role: Managing an existing portfolio of customers
Building excellent relationships with customers
Processing high volume of orders
Updating customer database ensuring accuracy
Working closely with external sales team
Updating pricing and providing quotations
Working to realistic targets
Skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving with a positive and proactive attitude
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
