What You'll Do
As a Care Co-Ordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality of care we deliver. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing care plans, rotas, and ensuring services run smoothly—even during holidays
* Supporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing training for the team
* Empowering individuals to make informed choices and promoting their independence
* Building strong relationships with supported people, families, and professionals
* Ensuring all paperwork, records, and reports are up to date and compliant
* Working creatively and proactively to deliver the best outcomes
* Providing hands-on support as part of the weekly rota and for any ad hoc needs
What We're Looking For
* SVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards it)
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car (desirable)
* Experience in a care/support setting
* Strong IT skills and confidence with care planning
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
* Commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence
