This role is required to:
We seek a skilled SysTrack Operations Specialist to join our team. This specialist manages and optimizes SysTrack to enhance the digital employee experience (DEX). The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting endpoint performance while ensuring proactive issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SysTrack dashboards, queries, remote actions, integrations, automation, and strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
* SysTrack Operations & Monitoring
* Utilize SysTrack to monitor and analyze digital experience metrics, ensuring optimal system performance and employee satisfaction.
* Developed and executed SysTrack queries leveraging SQL to extract and interpret endpoint performance data.
* Create and manage SysTrack dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
* Implement and manage remote actions to proactively resolve user experience issues.
* Set up and fine-tune alerts, diagnostics, and automated remediations for proactive issue resolution.
* Leverage SysTrack Resolve and AIOps capabilities for faster root cause identification.
Automation & Integrations
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint health checks, performance tuning, and remediation tasks.
* Integrate SysTrack with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for automated incident creation and response.
* Work with SysTrack APIs and connectors to enable seamless integrations with third-party tools.
* Configure SysTrack event and log ingestion with Splunk or other analytics platforms for deeper insights.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
* Investigate and troubleshoot system performance issues, latency, crashes, and application failures using SysTrack data.
* Analyze and optimize user experience KPIs, application response times, and network performance across endpoints.
* Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve endpoint-related issues and enhance system stability.
* Work on PC infrastructure management, including Active Directory, network configurations, and endpoint connectivity.
Cloud & Endpoint Management
* Work with Azure Apps to support cloud-based endpoint management and performance monitoring.
* Utilize SysTrack for Windows Autopilot, cloud-managed endpoints, and remote workforce support.
Collaboration & Documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT service management, security, and cloud teams.
* Maintain detailed documentation for SysTrack configurations, queries, scripts, and integrations.
* Train and support IT operations teams on SysTrack best practices, troubleshooting methods, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in SysTrack operations, digital experience monitoring, or endpoint analytics.
* Proven expertise in SysTrack dashboarding, remote actions, alerting, and diagnostics.
* Strong skills in query writing and SysTrack database logic for effective data extraction and analysis.
* Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and endpoint troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of SysTrack API integrations with ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) and SIEM tools (Splunk, Elastic, etc.).
* Familiarity with PC infrastructure, including Active Directory, network components, and endpoint management.
* Experience working with Azure Apps and cloud-based endpoint solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
* SysTrack Certification or extensive hands-on experience with Lakeside SysTrack.
* Experience in managing large-scale endpoint analytics deployments.
* Exposure to Windows OS (Clients and Servers), O365 suite, and modern device management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in an ITSM-driven environment.
* Experience with AI-driven analytics and proactive digital experience management.
