What you\'ll be doing
* Supporting People Managers and working with the wider HR team to develop and deliver the People Plan, identifying risks and opportunities and developing solutions to enable business outcomes
* Providing operational advice and guidance to line managers on a range of employment and performance issues and coach to embed best practice and enable people manager capability
* Reviewing people related business data in order to identify potential implications within the business context and environment and initiating local actions to resolve these as appropriate
* Contributing to HR projects including management of Life Cycle Management (LCM) for small projects or provide resources and supporting larger projects as required
* Channelling information to and from the Employee Service Centre and giving guidance to the business on how and where to access the right support
* Supporting a transformation project
Your skills and experiences
Essential:
* Previous HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner experience
* Experience of understanding business requirements, translating into appropriate solutions and delivering within budget/timescales
* Experience of operating successfully in a manufacturing or project based organisation
* Experience of operating within a unionised and customer environment, good understanding of employment legislation
Desirable:
* CIPD or equivalent experience

US Programmes - Manufacturing HR team
Join our dynamic and hands-on group dedicated to supporting the onsite workforce within our Manufacturing division. Embedded directly in the action, this team plays a crucial role in ensuring that HR processes and policies are seamlessly integrated into daily operations. They are deeply involved in every aspect of workforce management, ensuring that the needs of the manufacturing team are met efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the onsite staff, this HR team is committed to fostering a productive and positive work environment, directly contributing to the success of the US Programmes\' manufacturing efforts.
