The successful candidate will be responsible to the Hatchery Manager for the smooth, efficient operation of all incubators and ancillary equipment.

The Maintenance Manager will maintain to a high standard of service, ensuring all faults are investigated as soon as noticed and corrected as soon as possible.
You will report and liaise with the Hatchery Manager and assist in the overall running of the hatchery unit.

On call cover will be required at night and weekends on a rota basis.
Essential Desirable Electrical/Mechanical Qualification Level 3 Organisational skills Valid driving licence Previous Hatchery maintenance experience Previous experience in a leadership/managerial role People management skills and experience Computer literate Food manufacturing experience
