Salary: £34,000 Basic + Company Car + Up to £8,000 Bonus
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy and high-performing automotive dealership. This is a key leadership role within the aftersales department, responsible for managing the parts operation, driving performance, and delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday (between 07:30 18:00)
* 1 in 4 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
* Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
* Lead, train, and motivate the parts team
* Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
* Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior xsngvjr Parts Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations
* Experience with dealership management systems (Kerridge experience highly desirable)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
