35 Hours a week**
- The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
- A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
- Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
– Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).
- Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
- A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation. -
Office based.
- Access to pool vehicles
