Role Overview As the Head of Corporate Resources, you'll be a key member of our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This pivotal role oversees critical support functions, including HR, finance, IT, and facilities management, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and resident-focused mission. You'll drive operational excellence, manage budgets, lead diverse teams, and foster innovation to support our community of over a 1000 homes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategies for corporate resources that support organisational objectives. Resource Management : Improve resource allocation for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Team Leadership : Inspire and lead HR, finance, IT, and facilities teams to deliver high performance. Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure robust financial practices. Operational Excellence : Enhance processes and systems to improve service delivery. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with resident boards, Councils, and other partners. Change & Risk Management : Lead organisational change and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance. What We're Looking For Proven senior leadership experience in managing HR, finance, IT, and facilities in a complex organisation, Housing or Charity Sector. Strong understanding of the housing sector, ideally with experience in resident-led or social housing contexts, desirable. Exceptional financial acumen of managing budgets and ensuring compliance. Strategic thinker with the ability to align corporate functions with community-focused goals. Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders.
