Overview
The appointed Solicitor will take responsibility for managing a varied and engaging caseload of employment and industrial relations matters, providing clear, strategic advice and representing clients before employment tribunals and courts. You will play a central role in progressing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for a client base made up primarily of trade union members and individual clients.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for trade union and individual clients
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' PQE in employment law
* Strong technical expertise and practical approach to complex employment and industrial relations issues
* Demonstrable track record of managing own caseload, delivering high quality advice, and achieving positive client outcomes
* Experience of tribunal advocacy and litigation
