1. Must have lived experience of the criminal justice system.
2. Must have direct lived experience and be stable in recovery from substance misuse addiction, mental ill health, or other vulnerabilities. Please explicitly reference both of these in your written application to be shortlisted.
3. Must have awareness of modelling appropriate behaviours, capacity to cope when unsupervised, setting clear boundaries, and seeking support to support and protect own recovery, health, and wellbeing.
4. Must have good listening and effective communication skills to engage appropriately with service users, carers, colleagues, and partnership agencies.
