About the Role:
As a Proposals Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our proposal initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to create winning proposals that resonate with clients and stand out from the competition. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the proposal development process from start to finish
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential information
Create and edit high-quality, persuasive proposals that meet client needs
Ensure all proposals comply with internal standards and requirements
Review and analyse competitor proposals to enhance our strategies
Monitor proposal deadlines to ensure timely submissionsWho You Are:
Proven experience in proposal management or a related field
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite and proposal management software
A positive attitude and a zest for creativity
