Job Context/Purpose
This is a senior, commercially critical leadership role.
You will shape and reposition the SA Equip brand, strengthen our UK presence, support international growth, and pivot our marketing approach from product‑led to solution and service‑led propositions.
Working closely with senior leadership and sales, you will define how we go to market, how we generate demand, and how we unlock opportunities in new sectors.
We’re looking for someone who
* Has senior marketing experience within B2B industrial, engineering, manufacturing, energy or technical sectors
* Understands how to reposition and modernise a brand
* Can pivot messaging towards rental, service and solution‑based offerings
* Is commercially astute and growth‑focused
* Is confident influencing at leadership level
* Can translate complex technical capability into clear, compelling value propositions
* Combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
* Has the ability to gather, interpret and analyse market intelligence and performance data to inform strategy and drive evidence‑based decision‑making
