Key Responsibilities: Invoice and credit note processing for a multi-million pound purchase ledger Daily banking reconciliations Fortnightly payment runs via BACS and ad hoc foreign currency Supplier Statement Reconciliations Managing queries in the inbox Assisting with sales invoicing Supporting both internal and external audit requests Providing effective communication between departments Various other Ad-Hoc Accounting and Finance tasks Supporting the Finance Manager Main requirements: Previous accounts (AP or AR) experience is essential Excellent communication skill Good PC skills Team working High levels of accuracy My client offers a competitive salary, plus bonus, hybrid working and excellent benefits.
