Description
The role of the Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance tracking to ensure the financial health and growth of the division.
Based on the region of the role, the role will be based in a country where we have an existing payroll setup. We are a flexi-first business and value in-person collaboration and make an effort to get together when and where makes the most impact.
Key outcomes of the role
Financial Planning & Analysis:
* Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
* Monthly performance reporting and financial insights.
* Develop financial models for business performance analysis.
* Conduct business case analysis for new products/services.
* Analyse variances and provide improvement insights.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
* Design dashboards and reports for KPIs using PowerBI and Quicksight.
* Utilize Excel PowerQueries and PowerPivots for data analysis.
* Provide product performance and customer behavior insights.
* Manage consolidated reporting and support business analytics.
* Partner with IT to improve data infrastructure and automate reporting.
Strategic Support:
* Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
* Deliver management information for strategic planning.
* Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models.
* Conduct business planning and forecasting.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Work with regional and group finance teams to drive best practices.
* Support internal finance matters and act as a trusted advisor.
* Present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
