We are looking for an organized and energetic individual, someone who has strong leadership skills to drive success across the team.

You'll be someone who has a passion for cleaning and people, having a hands-on approach to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class service to our client across the site.

You'll be responsible for the budgetary framework for the site, action rectification plans, and monitoring performance in line with the client's KPIs, ensuring the cleaning specification is adhered to. As the Instore Cleaning Manager, you'll manage customer complaints & concerns, liaise with subcontractors, and complete weekly audits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the store is run safely and efficiently to the required standard, compliant with policies, providing a safe working environment for all.
2. Maintain daily communication with the client.
3. Promptly address and resolve client complaints and concerns.
4. Manage the store in line with the specification, contract, and budget.
5. Ensure adequate materials and equipment are available on-site.
6. Reduce the risk of accidents involving plant, equipment & PPE.
7. Ensure all staff use our Timegate system via the app, downloading it to their devices.
8. Maintain all company equipment on-site, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
9. Ensure the appropriate number and quality of staff are available to deliver the service.
10. Plan and provide necessary training for operational staff.
11. Create a culture of high standards of conduct and performance.
12. Portray a quality company image through all employees.
13. Ensure rotas are correctly worked; investigate discrepancies where needed.
14. Monitor wage budgets to ensure they are not exceeded.

People

1. Brief all employees on Pinning Procedures and ensure adherence.
2. Recruit staff following company procedures and systems.
3. Maintain staff numbers at the agreed level.
4. Complete RTW checks; investigate and manage issues as they arise.
5. Induct new staff according to company policies.
6. Provide on-site training and support for staff.
7. Ensure periodic plans are signed off per contract specifications.
8. Ensure staff adhere to site rules and maintain a professional appearance.
9. Address issues related to AWOL, sickness, and absence.
10. Recognize employees through Bidvest Noonan reward schemes.
11. Conduct regular team briefings.
12. Report deficiencies in systems or equipment that may impact service or safety.
13. Ensure proper use of work equipment and PPE, reporting issues as needed.

Health and Safety

1. Follow group and company policies at all times.
2. Report deficiencies in systems or equipment that may affect safety or service.
3. Use work equipment and PPE correctly, as trained.
4. Report issues or training needs to your line manager or via incident reporting.

Information Security

1. Comply with Bidvest Noonan's information security procedures.
2. Identify and report security risks proactively.
3. Report actual or suspected security incidents.

Experience & Skill Set Required

* Good organizational and time management skills with flexibility.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Good interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
