🎓 What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
* Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
* Desirable: 1+ year experience in Early Years
* Desirable: Knowledge of EYFS and regulatory frameworks
