Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage aspects of house operations, including food & drink service, breakfasts, letting rooms, dealing with residents as well as regular guests
- Assist the managers in daily operations and decision-making
- Ensure smooth and efficient food production and service
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Help to supervise staff members in various roles, such as bartending and food preparation
- Maintain inventory of stock and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, in a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of catering and bar operations, previous experience with accommodation preferred.
- Familiarity with busy multi strand operational business.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
