Job Title: CDD Analyst

About the Role We are seeking an Experienced Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst to join a high-performing KYC team within an international and multicultural financial institution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business teams to ensure the successful execution of CDD activities for both new and existing corporate clients and counterparties.
You will contribute to the organization’s integrity and compliance by supporting the full CDD process, from initiation through quality assurance and file approval. Your insights and expertise will help maintain high standards in KYC procedures and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•
Perform and review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on corporate clients and counterparties
•
Provide advice and support to sector teams throughout the CDD process
•
Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of KYC files
•
Identify and escalate any risks or concerns in line with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
•
Contribute to raising integrity awareness within the broader organization
•
Work independently while managing your own workload in a dynamic environment

Qualifications & Skills
•
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in CDD/KYC within a financial institution
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
•
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
•
Effective communicator in both Dutch and English, written and verbal
•
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
