Community Services Lead
We are seeking an experienced and motivated community services lead to join Making Space working within our Community Division. The role covers Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. You will be required to travel as part of this role, so access to your own mode of transport is essential.
Salary: £31,085.60 per year
Hours: 28 per week

You will take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of services within our Community Division. This includes leading, managing and motivating Service Managers and Team Leaders to achieve excellent outcomes for the people we support; building strong relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders; and collaborating with the Business Development, Fundraising and Marketing teams to win new business and retain existing business.
To be successful you should have:
• Experience leading a team in a relevant health and social care setting (e.g., carer's centre or mental health support service).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, report on outcomes and meet targets.
• Management NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve within an agreed time‑frame).
• Familiarity with digital systems such as Charitylog, Nourish, SharePoint or Peninsula is favourable.
