Role: Service Coordinator

Salary: £27,000
We’re partnering with a fast-growing technology company that provides connectivity services to businesses across the UK. They’re looking for a motivated, organised Provisioning Coordinator to join their team and help ensure their services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
* Generate accurate quotes for data and connectivity services
* Manage orders from start to finish, tracking progress and updating systems
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Arrange installations and engineer visits
* Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary
* Keep clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
The Candidate:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with technical data and numbers
* Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
* Experience in provisioning, coordination, or project support
* Experience in telecom, ISP, or managed IT services is preferred
The Package:
Base salary: up to £27,000
