Change Design Manager – Transport for London
Transport for London is looking for a highly skilled Change Design Manager to join our business change design function. The role will help shape the future of TfL by turning strategic objectives into tangible change.
Contract: Permanent & 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract
Location: Southwark / Hybrid (50% office/50% home over a 4‑week period)
Hybrid working arrangement: You will spend approximately half your time in the office and half working remotely. The balance can evolve to suit business needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholder groups across TfL to understand and articulate key organisational problems and strategic drivers.
* Lead small to large change design projects, applying testing methodologies and bespoke approaches to design and build solutions.
* Facilitate business change through operating model design, organisation design, process design, and cultural change interventions.
* Provide strategic advice, coaching and challenge to senior leaders, ensuring solutions meet objectives.
* Support the entire change landscape, identifying potential improvement opportunities beyond initial problems.
Qualifications & Skills
* Good understanding of scoping, designing and delivering business change in a public‑sector or unionised environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and credibility with diverse groups.
* Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business modelling techniques.
* Experience in operating models, organisation design, process design, behavioural and cultural change.
* Ability to lead projects independently and support larger programmes.
* Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
