* Interview, qualify, and get to the heart of each candidate’s story.
* Keep candidate records sharp, accurate, and up to date.
* Be a trusted advisor – giving candidates insight into market trends, salaries, and opportunities.
* Champion your candidates to clients through compelling shortlists and CVs.
* Always deliver honest feedback and a positive, transparent experience.
* Work closely with hiring managers to nail down exactly what they need.
* Set clear expectations in line with market trends and promote inclusive hiring.
* Build long-term relationships that position Stott and May as a go-to partner.
Delivery & Compliance Excellence
* Follow our proven delivery methodology while raising the bar every day.
* Help improve client and candidate satisfaction – measured through feedback and care scores.
* Manage offers and collaborate with our compliance team to get everything over the line.
* Use recruitment systems like a pro (searches, coding, documentation – the works).
* Keep all candidate, job, and client info clean, current, and compliant.
* Respect data integrity and social media standards at all times.
