Job Title: Locum Social Worker – 18+ Physical Disabilities Team Location: Stafford, UK Salary: £28.80 per hour Contract Length: 3 months Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break

What you will do:
* Conduct assessments and manage cases of adults with physical disabilities to ensure their needs are met effectively.
* Undertake Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, responding proficiently to complex self-neglect scenarios.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals in overcoming challenges related to substance misuse.
* Apply your knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards in everyday practice.
* Work proactively to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for service users.
