You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team handling complex Clinical Negligence matters, including catastrophic injury, birth injury and fatal claims, often working closely with Personal Injury and Court of Protection teams to provide a joined‑up service to clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage your own caseload of claimant Clinical Negligence matters, appropriate to your level
* Assist on and lead complex and high‑value cases involving life‑changing injuries
Draft pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
* Instruct and liaise with medical experts, counsel and other professionals
* Attend client meetings with empathy and professionalism
* Contribute to liability, quantum and രാവിലെ settlement strategy
* Support and mentor junior team members (Senior Associate level)
Participate in team meetings, training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives

Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in claimant Clinical Negligence
* Open to candidates from adapting? Junior Solicitor through to Senior Associate level
* Experience managing or assisting on complex and high‑value claims
* Strong understanding of the Clinical Negligence pre‑action protocol and litigation process
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client‑focused approach
* Highly organised with good time‑management skillsMotivated, proactive and keen to progress within Clinical Negligence
* For Senior Associates: experience supervising others and contributing to team development
