Our client, a well-established accountancy firm based in Dover, is seeking a confident and ambitious Tax Junior to join their team. With a clear succession plan in place, this role offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and submission of personal and corporate tax returns.
Managing and organising tax-related data efficiently.
Utilising tax software to ensure accurate and timely filings.
Handling basic client queries and providing support on tax matters.
Preparing basic director-only payrolls.
Potential client interaction, requiring strong communication skills and confidence.
Requirements:
AAT qualified with a minimum of two years' experience in a tax or accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of UK tax regulations is desirable.
Confident and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Based locally to Dover.
Ambitious and eager to progress within the company.
Working Hours & Benefits:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (able to offer flexibility)
