I’m working with a global tech organisation delivering platforms into the financial services space, who are currently going through a major cloud transformation. This role sits in a hands‑on infrastructure team, blending traditional 3rd line server support with modern, cloud‑first engineering as they continue their AWS migration.
You’ll be supporting and improving a mix of on‑prem and cloud environments, working closely with engineering teams to keep systems stable, scalable, and moving forward.
Key responsibilities
* 3rd line support across server and infrastructure environments
* Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers (on‑prem & cloud)
* Monitor performance, availability, and capacity
* Support ongoing AWS migration and infrastructure improvements
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
* Contribute to automation and CI/CD improvements
Skills & experience
* Background in 3rd line / infrastructure support
* Experience with AWS
