Monitor and analyse system performance using APM tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest optimisations for software applications, databases, and infrastructure. Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance best practices are integrated into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
