Totriageandsupportcustomersreportingissues,toassistinensuringtheefficientworkingoftheinhouseServiceAssuranceteamwhiledeliveringexceptionalcustomerservicetoourclients.
Responsibilities:
* WorkingcollaborativelywiththeServiceManagertodesignandimplementeffectivereportingtoaccuratelyreflectteamperformance
* Attendinternalprojectmeetingswherenecessary
* Toensureweareregularlycommunicatingwithclientswhileexceedingtheirexpectations.
* Maintainingaprocessdrivenworkenvironment.
* Collatingandcommunicatingfaultinformationtoensurequickresolution
* Enablingcontinuationofserviceviautilisationofvalue-addproducts
* UnderstandingandresolvingfaultswithinSLA
* AccuratelytriagingallticketsandpassingtorelevantsupportteamforthosenotresolvedbyServiceAssurance
* Co-ordinationofinternalandexternalresource
* LiaisingwithGroupNetworksandothersurroundingsupportteamsonfaults/assurance
