Job Description Fast Track Fee Earner – RTA (Hybrid) Location: Wakefield (Hybrid – 2 /3 days in office, rest WFH) Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join our RTA team in Wakefield. This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring at least two or three days per week in the office, with the rest working from home. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of MOJ and OIC RTA claims from start to settlement. Assess liability and quantum to ensure efficient case progression. Liaise with clients, insurers, third parties, and medical experts. Prepare court documents, settlement packs, and evidence. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Requirements: ✅ Experience handling RTA cases within the MOJ/OIC portals. ✅ Strong knowledge of RTA protocols, litigation processes, and CPR rules. ✅ Ability to manage a fast-track caseload independently. ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ✅ Proficiency in case management systems. ✅ Must be within a commutable distance to Wakefield.
