ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to successful expansion, my client is recruiting for a key figure to work within their pre-construction team. As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will liaise with estimators, operations teams and the temporary works department and be accountable for preparing technical aspects of a bid from production of methodologies to programming. Given this, you will hold vast knowledge of build ability issues, design and logistics on site and have proven success of managing a tender process.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a pre-construction manager and hold expertise of working within the demolition, groundworks and RC sector. In terms of qualifications, you will be degree qualified in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering, hold excellent technical writing skills and proven ability in using Asta.

For this permanent opportunity, my client is looking to target professionals who are looking to earn anywhere from £70,000 to £75,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
