Whether you come from an aviation background or bring strong data administration experience, this role offers the chance to develop your skills in a specialist and rewarding setting.What you'll be doingYou'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of aircraft maintenance data, ensuring systems are accurate, compliant, and up to date.Your responsibilities will include:Creating and managing component records, linking relevant airworthiness dataAccurately entering and updating maintenance data within digital systemsReviewing and validating records to ensure completeness and accuracySupporting maintenance teams by ensuring timely and precise data inputGenerating reports and distributing key maintenance informationAssisting with the development of data processes and proceduresAuditing records to ensure compliance with regulatory standardsSupporting wider administrative and project tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forEssential skills and experienceExperience using data entry or digital record-keeping systemsStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsAbility to manage tasks independently and as part of a teamClear and effective communication skillsConfidence managing workloads and priorities effectivelyDesirable (but not essential)Previous experience in aviation, engineering, or maintenance environmentsUnderstanding of aviation regulations or compliance standardsAdvanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skillsWorking pattern & flexibilityWe offer flexibility depending on your preference and availability:Standard pattern: 35 hours per week across 4.5 days (between 7am-7pm)Shift pattern: 5 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (days & nights), averaging 40.5 hours per week (Shift Allowance = 16.88%)Pay & benefitsCompetitive hourly rates:£21.74 PAYE£29.07 UmbrellaShift allowance available where applicableSecurity & eligibilityDue to the nature of the site and work, you must:Be eligible for BPSS clearance, with SC clearance required for ongoing employmentMeet security requirements for working in a UK military environmentBe able to satisfy ITAR compliance requirementsWhy join through Guidant Global?At Guidant Global, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
