A well-established and popular daytime café near Reigate is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie/Line Chef to join their friendly kitchen team. This is a fresh food operation with a strong focus on quality and consistency, offering an excellent work-life balance with no evening work.

Hours of work:
*Day shifts only - 08:00-16:30
*Thursday to Monday
*Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th December and New Year's Day.
Key Duties:
*Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistent standard
*Supporting kitchen operations including hygiene & health standards
*Helping with stock rotation, labelling and storage of ingredients
*Maintaining excellent food safety and presentation standards
The ideal Chef de Partie will have/be:
*Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with fresh ingredients at scale
*Calm, efficient and reliable during service
