Job Summary
Xclusive Care Homes is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Residential Support Workers to join our team. You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people, helping them feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
What you'll do:
* Provide day-to-day care, guidance and positive role modelling for children and young people.
* Support with daily routines including meals, household tasks and personal care.
* Organise and supervise fun and engaging activities, both at home and on trips or holidays.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, following all policies and procedures.
* Keep accurate records and reports of incidents, progress and daily activities.
* Take part in sleep-in shifts as required.
What we're looking for:
* Compassion, patience and the ability to build positive relationships with children and young people.
* A team player who is reliable, flexible and committed to making a difference.
* Willingness to complete training, including the Level 4 Care Certificate (after probation).
* Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
