We are looking for a talented SSOW Planner to join our fantastic Central Rail Systems Alliance team in Crewe. What you'll be doing Provide accurate and safe SSOWs plans which allow for all required activities on site and are complaint with standard guidelines and procedures To work closely with the delivery teams to collate and request accurately and diligently the SSOW plan requirements of the business. Understand all Health and Safety and procedural requirements in performing the duty of a SSOW planner. To keep and manage accurate records of requirements and diligently manage changes with the local delivery teams. Assist in the implementation of appropriate controls and audit regimes that enable compliance with safety/checking procedures. Establish good working knowledge of the geographical railway infrastructure, for the area of project/works. Maintain a possession schedule meticulously and collaborate closely with the P6 planner to ensure precise upkeep of programs. Review the details of the weekly operating notices and isolation plans to ensure compliance with works requirements, promptly correcting any errors detected. Who we're looking for Previous experience on a SSOW Planner role Competent in the use of GZAC system. Knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HASAW and other appropriate regulations. Knowledge of planning applications including PPS and NESA. Able to deal in meticulous detail to guarantee accurate production of plans. A proficient user of Microsoft Office.
