✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
* To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
* Ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of operational KPI's

* Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
* Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Natural leadership abilities with excellent communication and team engagement skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and general IT systems
* Minimum of 1 year's management experience within a warehouse environment
