MERCHANDISER | HIGH WYCOMBE We’re looking for a fabulous Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team and plan and present Supplier Budgets for the year ensuring the financial resources are allocated effectively. You’ll work closely with our Buying team to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and continuously monitor performance to ensure maximum stock availability and sales whilst keeping stock levels within company parameters. What You’ll Do Conduct weekly and monthly forecasting and performance management for trade and present the information to Directors on monthly basis. Manage individual brands OTB (Open to Buy) in line with Budgeted closing stocks and reacting based on trade, being accountable for weekly and monthly spend Accountable for ensuring the order quantities for lines are accurate to maintain availability and to take projected sales Plan promotions with the Buying team and markdowns as necessary, ensuring you monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotions Control stock levels within company parameters and manage the slow-moving stock budget What You’ll Bring You’ll have experience having worked in a similar Merchandising role. Experienced in WSSI and OTB Management & presenting to management Competent in Excel and other MS office functions (Word and PowerPoint) Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build and maintain working relationships What You’ll Gain 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy additional days.
