You will help pupils follow routines, regulate behaviour, access learning, build confidence, and engage more positively with school throughout the day. The Candidate: You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication. You want practical school-based experience, you can stay patient in a busy setting, and you are interested in how targeted support helps pupils with additional needs feel secure and make progress.
