Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks that keep our dental practice running smoothly. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Duties
* Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
* Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient flow of patients throughout the day.
* Manage patient records, including updating personal information and maintaining confidentiality.
* Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance coverage.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment for patients.

Experience
* Previous office experience is preferred, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting but not essential.
* Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and staff.
* Training to use dental software will be given.
Salary
We will discuss salary in interview. Pay will be considered with experience.
