A global leader in photovoltaics specializing in high-efficiency monocrystalline wafers, modules and plant solutions, with integrated end-to-end manufacturing capabilities.
Responsibilities
1. Drive sales of solar PV modules, achieving annual sales targets.
2. Develop local distributor, EPC contractor, and utility-scale project developer networks.
3. Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars).
4. Manage end-to-end client relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and payment follow-up.
5. Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
7. Fluent in English & local language, preferably Chinese expats or local Chinese-speaking candidates.
8. 5 years of sales experience in the market for solar panels, with a strong network in the local solar market.
9. Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale or C&I solar projects.
10. Strong negotiation skills and Team leadership experience is a plus.
