Supply Chain Quality Specialist (Contract)
6 month contract based in Filton. Offering £40 per hour inside IR35.
You will be working alongside a market‑leading defence and aerospace company that is constantly growing and developing. They are looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
Key Requirements
* Experience dealing with suppliers and delivery of parts.
* Experience with practical problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, 9S, Ishikawa, 5‑why, etc.
Responsibilities
* Developing and deploying APQP across major modifications to ensure industrial maturity.
* Coaching and upskilling the Supply Chain Quality Managers community.
* Supplier continuous improvement & development.
* Delivery & quality supplier operation support.
Skills & Qualifications
* Autonomous and pro‑active approach.
* Practical knowledge of supply chain quality tools, techniques, and methodologies.
* Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5‑why, etc.
* Strong APQP experience.
* Understanding of change request industrial implementation.
* Supply chain & quality background.
* Experience dealing with suppliers and delivery of parts.
