We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our client based in Melton Mowbray on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:
1. Manage fleet maintenance and ensure services and repairs are scheduled
2. Ensure warranties are kept in date
3. Manage fleet budget and monitor costs
4. Monitor driver behaviour and offer coaching and mentoring where necessary
The Candidate:
5. Experience in a similar role
6. Tractor based, forestry, agricultural, construction or plant equipment experience
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good IT skills
