The Retail Business Services (RBS) Organization at Amazon focuses on improving customer experience and supporting Selling Partners (SPs) growth. Our solutions ensure comprehensive catalog information for a better shopping experience.
RBS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the ‘Storewalk+’ service, which mimics the customer shopping journey to identify and resolve issues affecting customer experience, particularly on the Detail Page, the most visited page by millions.
Responsibilities:
* Own the widget experience on amazon.com across multiple product types.
* Lead planning, forecasting, and operational contributions.
* Set goals for the storewalk team to identify root causes of customer drop-offs.
* Manage end-to-end storewalk execution and collaborate with category leaders and solution teams.
* Define business use case requirements for technical teams.
* Translate business needs into specifications and oversee delivery.
* Establish scalable analysis and modeling processes.
* Develop and execute the service’s strategy and risk mitigation plans.
* Communicate regularly with leadership through updates and deep dives.
Qualifications:
Basic:
* 5+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
* 5+ years of program or project management experience.
* Experience in delivering cross-functional projects and using data to drive improvements.
Preferred:
* 2+ years of process improvement experience.
* Master’s or MBA in a related field.
