JML Architect / IAM Architect / Solution Architect (Identity & HR Systems)

We are working with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced architect to take ownership of their Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) architecture within a complex enterprise environment.
This role would suit candidates currently operating as an IAM Architect, Solution Architect, or similar, with experience across identity, HR, and workflow platforms.
The Role
You will be responsible for the process and technical architecture of the JML lifecycle, covering multiple integrated systems including:
* Workday
* ServiceNow
* Active Directory
* Saviynt
The role focuses on ensuring effective data flows, integrations, and process design across these platforms, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and define end-to-end JML architecture and lifecycle processes
* Design and govern cross-system data flows and integrations
* Work with multiple product teams and third-party vendors
* Align solutions with enterprise architecture and IAM strategy
* Ensure designs meet security, compliance, and business requirements
* Engage with HR as the primary business owner
Key Requirements
* Experience as an IAM Architect, Solution Architect, or Product/Platform Architect
* Strong background in identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
* Experience working across multiple enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, IAM tools)
* Proven ability to design and manage cross-system processes and integrations
* Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps practices in SaaS / low-code environments
* Understanding of UK GDPR and data privacy considerations
* SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain
Working Pattern
* 50% utilisation – 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
* Work must be completed during UK business hours
Location
* Mostly remote
* Occasional travel to London office (1–2 days per month as required)
Contract
* Initial 6-month contract
* Immediate start preferred (1–2 week availability ideal)
