Title: Business Support Officer - Child Services
Location: Havering
Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5pm (Temporary until March, with a possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination of conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place and running smoothly.
* Take accurate minutes during meetings, capturing important discussions and actions points.
* Assist with panel coordination, including scheduling and preparing materials.
* Update and maintain systems with relevant information and documentation.
* Provide daily office cover, handling phone calls and redirecting inquiries when necessary.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in minute taking is essential .
* Strong organisational and time management skills are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using office software and systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
