A bit about the job
You ' ll join our Global Cyber Change team - a highly motivated and visible group working across Norwich, London, Bristol, and York.
This role exists to lead the delivery of Cyber Security projects that strengthen Aviva ' s risk and protection framework.
You ' ll manage global third-party suppliers, ensure timely delivery, and provide governance and reporting to senior stakeholders. Your work will help keep Aviva secure and resilient.
Skills and experience we ' re looking for
* Proven track record delivering business solutions that balance time, cost, and quality.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
* Experience leading complex change initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
* Skilled in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, including oversight of external suppliers.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with solid governance and reporting experience - ideally in a regulated environment.
