In today's digital world we are finding that reduced numbers of buyers want to interact face to face. Our Virtual Account Manager will therefore lead the way in driving digital engagement with our customers. This will be a remote role however occasional travel will be needed to visit customers. What You Will Do Day to day you will Drive growth by managing and delivering on existing customers' expectations Drive growth by identifying and bringing on board new customers Contribute to delivering improved customer satisfaction Develop bespoke implementation plans to ensure proactive growth of Tork products Prepare short and long-term sales plans Negotiate terms and conditions with the customer Achieve net sales and strategic product growth targets Support sector specific distribution partners, and public and private healthcare end customer contracts Who You Are You will demonstrate Proven experience in end customer development and account management within a B2B environment Strong planning and organisation skills Self-motivation with the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into new business Accountability, with a goal orientated approach Confidence in developing virtual relationships Effective communication skills with the ability to influence for positive outcomes What We Can Offer You We offer the opportunity to work for a leading global organisation with the potential to advance your career within the fast-moving manufacturing environment.
