The Role
* Manage a residential conveyancing caseload aligned with your experience, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, and shared ownership matters
* Follow a comprehensive Learning and Development induction programme to set you up for success
* Use modern systems and operational support to focus on delivering excellent client service and managing your workload efficiently
* Earn a base salary plus a bonus of £12,000–£15,000 per year, depending on performance

About You
* At least two years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong technical knowledge across property transactions
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Client-focused mindset and high levels of organisation
* Applications welcome from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers
