* Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
* Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget
· Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards
· Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
· Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely
· Conduct with the Production Manager performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff
· Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production
Operations
· Monitor stock levels and ensure that materials are available for production
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times maintaining GMP
· Strive for Continuous Improvement identifying ways of eliminating unneccessary cost and wastage
· Work closely with the Production Manager at all times, taking responsibility in the Manager's absence
Requirements
· Experience of supervising a team in a manufacturing environment
· Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management
· Attention to Detail
· Good Knowledge of Office 365 and SAGE 200
